Refund Window

Reservation deposits are refundable for 48 hours, provided the contract hasn't been signed and payment hasn't been completed.

Qualification

Refunds are only considered for verified health issues BEFORE the final handover or if the breeder cannot fulfill delivery.

Final Sale

Once the contract is signed and payment is processed, the sale is considered final and no returns are accepted.

CRITICAL: Final Sale Policy

Once the contract is signed and payment is completed, there are NO refunds or returns

All puppy placements are final to ensure the safety and welfare of the animal. Please be certain of your decision before proceeding with the signature and payment.

1. Reservation Deposits

Deposits made to reserve a puppy are refundable for up to 48 hours, UNLESS the formal contract has already been signed. After 48 hours or contract signing, deposits become non-refundable as the puppy is strictly reserved for you.

2. Health-Related Exceptions

Refunds or exchanges are only available if a licensed veterinarian identifies a pre-existing medical condition covered by our health guarantee BEFORE the animal is transitioned to its new home.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Administrative fees, transportation costs, and service fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and payment is made.
